Kids’ Training

Kids’ wrestling training

Precision Professional Wrestling Academy is proud to introduce dedicated wrestling sessions for children aged 6–13. Designed from the ground up with younger trainees in mind, our kids’ sessions deliver all the energy and excitement of professional wrestling in a safe, structured, and supervised environment.

If your child has been inspired by what they’ve seen on TV and wants to get into the ring, this is the right place to start.

Safe, structured, and seriously good fun

We know that as a parent, your first question is about safety…and rightly so. At Precision, safety isn’t just a policy, it’s the foundation everything is built on. Kids’ sessions are specifically designed for younger bodies and shorter attention spans, with age-appropriate progressions and constant supervision throughout.

Our coaches are experienced, first aid trained, and committed to creating an environment where children feel confident, supported, and included. Safeguarding policies are in place for all under-18s and are available to parents on request.

What will my child learn?

Kids’ sessions are hands-on, energetic, and built around progressive skill development. Sessions may include:

  • Safe movement and ring fundamentals
  • Basic techniques taught step by step
  • Balance, coordination, and physical confidence
  • Teamwork, communication, and respect
  • Character and self-expression
  • The basics of telling a story in the ring

No prior experience is needed. All your child needs is enthusiasm, a good attitude, and a willingness to learn.
