Professional Wrestling Training at Precision

Our training programme focuses on strong fundamentals, correct technique, and long-term development in a disciplined and supportive environment.

Sessions

Tuesdays

Technical Wrestling

At Precision, we believe every match should tell a story as well as entertain. Our Technical Wrestling sessions focus on the more intricate elements of professional wrestling that allow performers to do exactly that.

These sessions explore ring-craft, control, timing, and detail, helping trainees understand how technical execution supports storytelling in the ring. While open to mixed abilities, sessions are structured to stretch newer trainees and challenge experienced performers who want to refine their skills and elevate their in-ring work.

Thursdays

Match Structure & Psychology

Our Match Structure and Psychology sessions focus on developing the skills required to build engaging, logical, and effective matches. These sessions explore the principles of match construction, pacing, storytelling, and decision-making in the ring.

Open to all experience levels, training is structured to support newer trainees while also challenging more experienced performers to deepen their understanding of the craft.

Fridays

Wrestling Fundamentals

Flash means nothing without solid foundations. Our Wrestling Fundamental sessions are designed to help students develop and reinforce the keys skills that are essential for anyone looking to train or compete in professional wrestling.

These sessions form the foundation of training at Precision and are ideal for beginners starting their wrestling journey. They are also open to established performers who want to refine technique, reinforce good habits, and keep their skills sharp.
